Common Issues

Files Not Uploading

  • Check that the file format is supported by the tool you are using
  • Check the file size (mobile: max 100MB, desktop: max 200MB)
  • Try a different browser

Processing Is Slow

  • Large files take longer to process
  • Close other browser tabs to free up memory
  • Use a desktop browser for files over 50MB
  • Try Chrome for best performance

Download Not Starting

  • Check your pop-up blocker settings
  • Try right-clicking and selecting "Save As"
  • Clear your browser cache and retry

File Quality Issues

  • PDF compression is lossy at higher compression levels
  • Image quality depends on output format settings
  • Try different settings for better results
